Marsad Quraishi has been licensed to practice law in the State of Florida since 2006 and is certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a Circuit Mediator. Mr. Quraishi’s 20 years of legal experience include representing clients in a wide array of civil matters, including insurance defense, personal injury and asbestos litigation defense. In addition to his role as a Mediator, Mr. Quraishi also runs a busy personal injury and lemon law practice. His background as an experienced and pragmatic attorney equips him with a nuanced understanding of risk, strategy, and how to help parties reach meaningful resolutions in a neutral, respectful setting.
Overview
Marsad Quraishi is a native South Floridian and double-Gator, a graduate of the University of
Florida for both his undergraduate degree and law degrees. Mr. Quraishi is also a licensed
Captain and devoted husband and father of four with a love (obsession) for fishing and custom
rod building. His years as an attorney have revealed a passion for alternative dispute resolution
and the segue from full-time personal injury attorney to also serving as a Mediator, has been a
smooth and fulfilling one.
In every case, Mr. Quraishi focuses on helping the parties clearly define the key issues, explore
realistic options, and work toward collaborative outcomes that avoid unnecessary expense and
delay. His goal is to create an environment where informed decisions can be made efficiently and
with mutual respect.
